ONDAG

1DESCRIPTION:
Metal flexible tube with parallel ribs, made by double interlocking wrapped strip, can be manufactured in two constructions depending on material.

ONDAG- GALVA
Made of cold rolled strip .0148 protected by zinc coating in quality Gal Zn 5 according to JUS C. T7.111.

ONDAG-ALU
Made of aluminum strip according to JUS C. C2. 100

DIAMETERS:
DN 72 to DN 500 (mm)

CHARACTERISTICS:
ONDAG is easily hand adjustable and adaptable to the various configurative passages, resistant to corrosion and very durable completely safe of fire When installed it requires a smaller number of attachments.

APPLICATION:
ONDAG is widely used in ventilating and air conditioning systems as a flexible connection of rigid tubes and diffusers rigid air admission tubes with convecting ejector, two rigid tubes, for conveying steam from laundry room and kitchen and conduction of combustion products from gas heating units.

AEROFLEX

aeroflexDESCRIPTION:

Flexible corrugated tube, forbed by single interlocking (crimping) the cloth coated by PVC or other material on both sides into a zinc plated steel spiral spring, can be manufactured in two constructions depending on material: AEROFLEX STANDARD and AEROFLEX NON - INFLAMMABLE (made out of incombustible cloth). It can be made in black, grey and white colour. At special request the stainless steel strip can be used instead of zinc coated one.

 

CHARACTERISTICS:

This tube offers a lot of advantages in ventilating, air conditioning and dust exhausting systems:

  • very flexible
  • adaptable and adjustable to configurative passages without change of nominal diameter
  • good absorption of three - dimensional vibrations
  • easy installing
  • working fluid temperature od -25 to +75 o C.

DIAMETERS: DN 40 to DN 600 (mm)

AEROFLEX - STANDARD or ventilation and air conditioning in buildings and ships for dust exhaustig from plants and transport of hot and cold air.

AEROFLEX NON - INFLAMMABLE for ventilation from welding rooms, dust exhausting the grinders,conduction of polluted air, aggressive steams and gases.

DESCRIPTION:
KOPEX, flexible corrugated tube, with small turn ribs, absolutely sealed, is manufactured in combination of different materials such as: special paper strip, aluminium foil, PVC strip.

Different types can be made in combination of the following materials:

  • PAP (paper - Al foil - paper) outside layer of special paper strip resistant on oil and humidity, intermediate layer of aluminium foil and inside layer of special natural color paper strip.
  • AAA (Al foil - Al foil - Al foil)
  • PVCAP (PVC - Al foil - paper)
  • Kopex3PPP (paper - paper - paper)

DIAMETERS:
DN 20 to DN 90 (mm)
